Fiat Panda RACCOON conversion set pickup

With the new kit, UNIQUECO offers a solution for all current Panda vehicles built from 2012 (facelift, Panda III). Large-format 3D printed components made of PP supplemented with deep-drawn ABS components create a platform for a wide range of applications. The current payload of 405 kg (based on Fiat Panda Hybrid 1.0 from 2020) could be increased by another 50 kg; This is achieved by eliminating the rear doors, seat and other components. This conversion kit works specially well with 2-set VAN version of Fiat Panda. There is no limitation: also used vehicles can be converted and given a new life.

Light weight solution.

We only use durable and light PP materials for the pickup and the substructure to stiffen the body are made from recycled aluminium bars.

DIY or finished vehicle

As the rebuild process is easy to handle, we will also ship complete vehicle kits to vehicle dealers or body shops to do the conversion after our regulations.

Filling the gap.

Payload up to 460 kg* fitting between Piaggio Ape with 170 kg and 950 kg on the NP 6 pickup. Enough to fulfill all the tasks needed: from maintenance up to delivery of goods inside the city.

Every Fiat Panda build since 2012 (III) is able to carry the Raccon conversion kit; either it's front- or all-wheel drive, Diesel, Hybrid or Petrol versions the donor vehicle is converted with 6 easy steps.

Light-weight materials and 3D high-tec.

For the outside shell there are grey plastic body parts (produced in 3D printer or with thermoformed PP sheets). The lower body group is stiffened by some aluminium profiles to give the finished vehicle the strength that is required.
